The Spectrum Herd
Spectrum brings colour and spirit to any foal, so his name is perfect on many levels. Spectrum is the youngest herd stallion and his attitude shines through. He's a little headstrong and stubborn, but this gets him and his herd through many troubles. Spectrum is also on the athletic side of this breed, so him or a member of his herd would be a great sport-horse prospect when tamed.
The Gladiator Herd
This is Gladiator - the smallest herd stallion cared for by the HFCF. He stands a mere 13.2hh, but he makes up for this with his hardiness, drive, and charisma. Gladiator has a small, sleek build that he has passed on to his foals. This makes the Gladiator herd great hunter/jumper prospects to anyone interested in adopting.
The Raider Herd
Meet Red Raider. He is a draft-built Chincoteague Pony standing nearly 15hh. He is incredibly hardy and his herd reflects it. He has a very calm, docile temperament and has taken care of his herd successfully for over 8 years. Because of Raider's build, him and his herd would be great candidates for driving. The Raider Herd is the newest addition to the HFCF, courtesy of the Chincoteague Volunteer Fire Company, and more information about Raider and his herd will be posted shortly.
